Shipping for our products is within Australia only.
On checkout, you can choose to use Fastway or Australia Post. Note, Fastway don’t ship to PO Boxes or certain destinations. If that is the case, Aus Post will be your only shipping option. We typically ship within 3-5 business days of an order.

returns & refunds
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of your item received, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Store credits can be applied within 48hrs of received returned/check item.
